I was born in Tewksbury, Massachusetts on April 26, 1954. I graduated from St. Francis Seminary in 1972. The seminary was run by the Franciscans. After High School I worked for the Woburn Council for Social Concerns. While working at the Council, I decided to go back to school and enrolled with Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Boston. Upon graduation, I worked as an esthetician for Estee Lauder. I worked for 8 years in this position and then took a position as a customer service rep at Andover Bank. I continued to work at the bank until I decided to join the Benedictines in 1992. I took solemn vows in 1999 and was ordained as a permanent deacon in 2006 for the Ukrainian Church with bi-ritual faculties.
