I work at a community college.
My co-worker Irma must really be struggling because she makes fun of the students we're suppose to help. She laughs at what they wear and look like; this community is struggling with so many social issues and are just trying to get an education.
She also pins coworkers against each other when we really need to be a team to help our patrons. She makes others get reprimanded for made up things; she always gaslights. She makes people get so mad, it's like she loves to spread hatred.
Please pray for her. Maybe she needs to retire or go somewhere else where not so many people get affected by her.
