SILENT: Contemplative Prayer Retreat

“To be full of things is to be empty of God. To be empty of things is to be full of God” (Meister Eckhart).

In contemplative prayer, we divest our minds of all thoughts and images in order to receive the pure and simple light of God directly into the summit of our souls. This retreat, lead by Fr. Thomas Leitner, OSB, involves breath practice. It is for those who have begun the practice of non-conceptual prayer. Please bring loose fitting clothing of neutral colors.
