Let Your 'Yes' Mean 'Yes' and Your 'No' Mean 'No' (Father Mauritius Wilde, OSB, Ph.D.)

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus calls upon us to be authentic. Sometimes it is not easy for us to say a clear YES or a clear NO. Standing with what is important to us and what we feel can be challenging if those around us don’t share our values. We will look to Jesus for guidance, share our experiences, and discover through practical exercises how our body language can be in sync with or contradict what we mean to express.
