“And I sensed that learning how to pray consists in learning how to be silent and that love only begins where no gift can be expected anymore” (A. de Saint Exupéry). In contemplative prayer, we divest our minds of all thoughts and images in order to receive the pure and simple light of God directly into the summit of our souls. This retreat involves breath practice. It is for those who have begun the practice of non-conceptual prayer. Please bring loose fitting clothing of neutral colors.
