Silent Directed Retreat (Margie M. Walker, Joan B. Howard, MA, Marisa B. Gilbert)

Come during mid Lent, step out in expectant faith and await the marvels of God as you retreat!  These five days of quiet will offer blessings in abundance as you spend meaningful time with your ever present God. Retreatants meet daily with a spiritual director, gather for prayer as a group and have the option of entering into the liturgies with the Benedictines.

Margie M. Walker as teacher, child birth educator, spouse, mother of six, grandma to 18 and spiritual director has been leading retreats and journeying with fellow pilgrims around the United States for 30 years. Joan B. Howard, MA, taught Prayer, Art & Spirituality at Creighton University’s Christian Spirituality program and is a spiritual director. She facilitates Ignatian silent retreats and art/prayer retreats. Marisa B. Gilbert was the director of Knowles Mercy Spirituality Center. Her experiences in education, adult formation, and spiritual direction/retreat ministry have allowed her to work with a variety of age groups and religious backgrounds.
