Marriage, Intimacy and Inner Peace (Deacon James Keating, Ph.D.,)

As a couple draw closer to one another and to Christ, the fruit of their intimacy is palpable. Such intimacy leaves the couple in peace. This peace becomes the foundation not for ‘sleepiness’ or lethargy but an ignition for striking out anew and heading into the deep with Christ. The retreat will give married couples input on what this peace is, how it is attained, times for silence and prayer, times for couple conversation and times for spiritual direction with the retreat leader. We encourage especially also younger couples to attend.
