This workshop presents the latest research on how mind, body and spirit are integrated. We are literally catching up to Jesus and what many people have always intuitively known that breath is Spirit and body is Temple. This workshop will offer techniques which introduce the peace and calm of the spiritual life into our busy and stress filled lives. Learning the skills of self-care, we can more energetically go out and serve others and God. Participants will learn and practice mindful breathing, use of the imagination, self-affirmations, written dialogues, genograms and imagery.
