Nancy Hemesath will guide this process by touching on themes of grief, forgiveness, gratitude, listening and wisdom. Nancy retired after a successful career as a non-profit executive in 2013. Having completed the training program at the Academy for Coaching Excellence, Nancy is certified as an organizational and life coach. She has developed a business called Encore Coaching that specializes in supporting people make the transition into a meaningful and joyous retirement. She has been offering retreats and days of reflection in parishes and retreat centers on this topic.
