This retreat is open to people of all faiths and spiritualities. You are invited to explore the depth of the many layered components of compassion, the central quality of the life and teachings of Jesus. You are invited to expand and deepen your understanding of compassion from both a personal and professional perspective. You will glean insights for many dimensions including theology, spirituality, science, sociology and psychology. You will experience this opportunity as a catalyst for a renewed commitment to be a compassionate presence to yourself and to others who are in the midst of pain and struggle.

Patty Forsberg is a spiritual director in Lincoln, Nebraska, an experienced retreat leader, and a core facilitator for Boundless Compassion..

 Jeanne Johnson is a licensed lay minister and certified spiritual director at First-Plymouth UCC in Lincoln, Nebraska. She holds a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology. Jeanne has experience in retreat leadership, and Boundless Compassion facilitation.
