Men’s Retreat: "This Is My Beloved Son, Listen to Him!" (Mark 9:7; Br. Schaefer and Fr. Leitner)

“The only real sadness, the only real failure, the only great tragedy in life is not to be a saint” (Leon Bloy). We are surrounded by so many voices telling us that our happiness consists in wealth, in pleasure, in power and in worldly honor. Jesus, however, calls upon us to rid ourselves of those attachments, to anchor ourselves in God’s steadfast love, and to will the good of the other person. This retreat will help you listen to Christ throughout the year.

The schedule includes brief conferences, silence, Mass, Confession, fellowship, and spiritual direction. Open to all ages. Scholarships are available.

Friday, 7:30 p.m., to Sunday, after Lunch

Cost:

$221.62 (single)
$206.44 (double)
