“The present moment is the window through which God looks into the house of my life” (Meister Eckhart). In contemplative prayer, we divest our minds of all thoughts and images in order to receive the pure and simple light of God directly into the summit of our souls. This retreat involves breath practice. It is for those who have begun the practice of non-conceptual prayer.
