Come to the quiet . . .where noticing and receiving with openness all that is most real within can lead to greater freedom and transformation. Bless yourself with a few days to simply be present and receive insight, healing, sense of connection or whatever is most needed now. Allow yourself to be gifted by God as you open yourself to the Great Love that holds and graces all. This retreat will feature a morning gathering each day with an emphasis on deepening your understanding of biospiritual focusing as well as an opportunity for one-on-one spiritual direction each afternoon. The remainder of our time will be in silence; a spacious, open place of attention and connection with God, self and others.
The retreat directors will be Debbie Sheehan, Jane King and Margie Walker, who are experienced spiritual directors and retreat leaders well practiced in biospiritual focusing.
