We want our lives to matter. This begins when we are teenagers. If we are successful at finding meaning in our lives, then we will be happier and enjoy life more fully. During this retreat, we will focus on gaining a substantial understanding of meaning as well as how to create meaning in our lives, at work and outside of work. We also will explore what employers can do to enhance meaning for those who work.
