Meditation in Motion (Margaret Hoarty, RN, MSN, Beth Staenberg, OT)

We know from experience that our body, mind, and spirit are intimately and intricately connected.

True health encompasses this holy relationship. In this presentation you will learn a series of meditative movements that will calm your mind, energize your body, and open your spirit to God’s love.  Based on the ancient wisdom of Tai Chi, these meditative movements have been shown to increase strength, and improve flexibility and balance, especially in older adults.
