Rediscovering the Lost Body Connection within Christian Spirituality – An Experiential Book Study

BioSpiritual Focusing enables us to find doorways into transformation in our relationship with God, self, and others – a growing sense of connectedness within the Whole Christ where we know ourselves gifted by the Holy. While the practice begins simply with developing the gentle habit of noticing and nurturing important feelings, this experiential book study will offer an ever-deepening engagement and bring new understanding.

There will be:

  • Beginning Gathering – Saturday, August 6

  • 6 Zoom sessions (on Sunday afternoons Aug 21, Sep 11, Sep 25, Oct 9, Oct 23, Nov 6 – 2PM-4PM)

  • Closing Gathering, Saturday, November 19

The Beginning Gathering and Closing Gathering will be at St. Benedict Center (9:30AM-1:00PM) – with an option for Zoom for anyone unable to come to the Center. Basic familiarity with BioSpiritual Focusing is required.

This is a Level II Program best suited for those with a basic familiarity with BioSpiritual Focusing who seek to deepen their understanding and practice – and to share the journey with others who are similarly interested.

Participants are responsible for buying their own copy of Rediscovering the Lost Body Connection Within Christian Spirituality by Edwin M. McMahon, Ph.D. and Peter A. Campbell. Ph.D.

Cost:
