BioSpiritual Focusing enables us to find doorways into transformation in our relationship with God, self, and others -

...a growing sense of connectedness within the Whole Christ where we know ourselves gifted. While the practice begins simply with developing the gentle habit of noticing and nurturing important feelings, this experiential book study will offer an ever-deepening engagement and bring new understanding.
