I can’t shake of a cough (many months) Not Covid
My slipped disk is playing up
My BP is very high
I look after 92 year old severely disabled dad who is not always in good health and 90 year old mum (basically full time)
Get very little help from sister- she is on second holiday abroad this year - didn’t tell me as she said to mum I would be cross. Just left without me knowing
Feel guilty as I find it hard trying to see friends or go to the market to sell my art.
Feel worried most of the time that I am not doing the best job caring. Dad refuses nursing home help.
