These are the elements of a successful journey inward that create a joyous, meaningful life. – Nancy retired after a successful career as a non-profit executive in 2013.  Having completed the training program at the Academy for Coaching Excellence, Nancy is certified as an organizational and life coach. She has developed a business called Encore Coaching that specializes in supporting people to make the transition into a meaningful and joyous retirement.
