BioSpiritual Focusing: Partnering for Focusing on Zoom (Debbie Sheehan, M.A., Jane King, M.A.)

Partnering with another regularly for biospiritual focusing helps develop a deeper capacity to notice and be present to the whole of our embodied experience – and to come to a greater sense of connection with God, others and ourselves. If you are looking for a partner or have one but would like to learn more about how to companion one another, join us for Partnering for Focusing.  This Level II program is for those who have had a basic introduction to focusing and seek to grow in this practice with a partner.

Session one offers the opportunity to learn more about companioning and to meet a partner.  The remaining sessions will include additional companioning tips, time for sharing and discussion, as well as questions. Partners are rotated each quarter to provide varied experiences and enhance learning. Those who already have a partner are most welcome as a way of deepening their companioning practice. Partners will be asked to arrange six focusing sessions online (or in person, if possible) between meetings.
